On the afternoon of January 28, the 2021 annual summary commendation and 2022 work deployment meeting of Hongye holding group co., ltd. was held ceremoniously. the main venue of the meeting was set up in the multi-functional conference hall on the 7th floor of the group. it was connected to the sub-venues of shengkai I, shengkai II, biological science division and huaxin division by video. Party Secretary Chen Zhiyong, Chairman Chen Wei, President Zhou Ruiqing and other group executives, as well as directors of various centers and business departments, representatives of some shareholders and advanced representatives attended the meeting. The conference was presided over by Meng Hongze, deputy secretary of the Party committee of the group. At the meeting, nearly 70 loyal employees, 4 types of advanced individuals and 4 types of advanced collectives were commended.

The meeting kicked off with the impassioned "National Anthem" and the passionate recitation of "Hongye Di Zi Gui". The directors of each center and division reported on their work with the fullest mental state and the most sincere attitude, mainly summarizing the work in 2021, analyzing the problems, and reporting on the work plan and arrangement in 2022.
Zhou Ruiqing, the new president of the group, summarized and reported the overall work of the group in 2021 from the aspects of the completion of various economic indicators and customer satisfaction, safety and environmental protection management, major events and honors in 2021, the completion of key work of each center/division, existing problems and deficiencies, etc., and expressed the plan and expectation of 2022 work. He called on more than 900 Hongye people to work together in 2022, seize the opportunity of the times in the first year of the 14th Five-Year Plan, join hands to illuminate the road of high-quality development of Hongye with sweat and wisdom, make continuous progress towards the goal of "100 years of Hongye wisdom, Hongye green, Hongye, happiness and Hongye", and draw a new blueprint for the development of Hongye.

In order to thank the company's loyal employees for more than 15 years, a special thank-you video was played at the meeting. The short three-and-a-half-minute video expressed the spirit of nearly 70 loyal employees who silently persevered, kept walking, loved their jobs, and dared to challenge. It carries the gratitude and respect of all Hongye employees for their cooperation with Hongye in countless ordinary days. Party Secretary Chen Zhiyong and Chairman Chen Wei respectively awarded "Chicheng Hongxin Contributions" medals to loyal employees who have been more than 15 years and more than 20 years.
