In order to further implement the strategy of invigorating the province through innovation-driven science and education, accelerate the integration of innovation resources in the industry, and enhance industrial innovation capabilities, the Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission organized the construction of the first batch of provincial industrial innovation centers. After the recommendation of prefectures and cities, expert review and other links, the list of 8 industrial innovation centers in Henan Province was initially determined. Among them, the Henan Province Bio-based Materials Industry Innovation Center undertaken by Hongye Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is also on the public list.
Hongye Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to the research of high-value utilization of biomass materials. The company uses the geographical advantages of rich sources of biomass materials in the Central Plains to focus on the development of three major components of biomass materials such as crop straws. The company has also been rated as a national key leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization, a national intellectual property advantage enterprise, a high-tech enterprise, and a leading innovation enterprise in Henan Province.
